"We recently purchased a new digital TV for my mother who is 86. When the TV didn’t function properly, she almost worked herself into a stroke with anxiety, as she lives alone, is rather frail and totally not tech savvy with any appliance. Not knowing who to call, I tracked down on the web the wonderful family owned company, Coastline Antenna Installations.

For anyone looking for a company that provides all services linked to TVs, antennas and techno installations, you simply cannot find anyone better.
I spoke with Lance to make the appointment and explained the situation – nervous older lady, afraid of change, etc etc and he was marvellous. Lance provided prompt thorough service. He quickly established that the antenna was no longer working, replaced the hazardous old black box with a new cable – very difficult job, re-programmed the tellie and explained everything to my mother in detail.
He was extremely patient, very caring and also explained his work to the next door neighbor. Needless to say, they were very impressed and couldn’t stop singing his praises. Lance also phoned me to tell me what work he had carried out.
The cost of all this was very reasonable – I suspect that other companies would have charged more for all the work Lance did.
The followup to this is that my mother subsequently altered the programming by mistake – more anxiety – but this time called Lance straight away. Once again, unbelievably caring service, fixed the remote in a flash and all for no charge. This kind of service combined with efficient technical knowledge is hard to find. A real gem.
